B&M cuts prices on tech and toys in early Black Friday sale
Discount retailer B&M launched its Black Friday 2026 sale on Thursday 29 October, promising up to 50% off tech, kitchen appliances and toys. The offers run while stocks last rather than to a fixed end date, so popular items may not be around for long.

What "up to 50% off" really means
As with most Black Friday sales, the headline figure is the best case. MoneySavingExpert checked a sample of B&M's reductions and found discounts ranging from 17% to 57%, with a typical saving of around 36%. That's still a decent sale, but most items aren't half price.
Are the prices good?
Often, yes. B&M's everyday prices are already low on many branded products, so its Black Friday prices can beat bigger retailers. In MoneySavingExpert's checks, a Tefal Easy Fry dual air fryer was £75 at B&M against £99 at the next cheapest shop. Not every item is cheapest there, though, so compare the exact model first.
A small but growing sale
The sale is much smaller than the big electrical retailers': MoneySavingExpert counted 64 products when it launched, against more than 70 in last year's sale, so more may be added before Black Friday on 27 November. By comparison, Argos started with more than 1,800 deals, and Currys' sale comes with a Price Guarantee if prices drop again before 1 December, which B&M doesn't offer.
