What's left out
The sale doesn't cover everything. Last year's terms excluded gift sets, engraving, gift cards, outlet and sale items, bundles, Build a Bracelet bundles, some collections and most 14k gold and diamond pieces, and the offer couldn't be combined with other promotions. If you have a particular piece in mind, check it's actually reduced before planning around the sale.
Returns on Black Friday purchases
Pandora gives a shorter return window for sale items (14 days) than for full-price jewellery (30 days). For a Christmas present bought in late November, that window can close before it's even opened, so be sure of the size, especially for rings.
